1.Booking, Confirmation & Payment
To secure a booking you should complete and sign our booking form and return to us with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total activity price, or in the case of bookings within two weeks of the activity the full price must be paid.
We will send you a written confirmation by email securing your booking.
The final payment for the booking must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to confirmed date, if we do not receive the payment then Plan-it Fez has the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and the levy cancellation charges as set below.
2. Alterations by you
If after we have confirmed a booking you require a change in dates we will do our best to meet your revised booking however any fees from cancellation or change in activity will be incurred by you.
3. Cancellation by you
(a) Cancellation instructions must be made in writing via email and will be effective on the day we receive them. We will notify you on receipt of email.
(b) Depending on when notification of cancellation is received the following charges apply:
Over 2 weeks: 20% of total cost of tour
Less than 2 Weeks: 100% of total cost of tour
(c) We cannot give any allowance for refund for meals, transport or any other pre paid service when not taken when these are included in the activity price nor once the activity has started can we give any refunds for cancelling part of the holiday.
4. Cancellation by us
Once your booking has been confirmed with us we will make every effort to provide you with the booked activity arrangements but reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the activity if we cannot avoid doing so. Reasons for doing so would include severe local weather conditions, natural disasters, terrorist activity, fire and similar conditions. If any such alterations are significant then you have the right to cancel where upon we will refund all monies paid as we will do in the event of cancellation by us.
