Clock Kitchen will give you not only cultural insight into Morocco but will delight chefs of all levels. Souk to kitchen to plate, Clock Kitchen’s chef Souad will share the secrets and mysteries of authentic and local cuisine.
The workshop start with choosing your personal menu then shopping for ingredients in the souk with your chef on a market tour before learning to prepare your feast.
Finally enjoy the fruits of your labor in the ambient hospitality which is at the heart of Moroccan cuisine and the famous Café Clock!
